Chasm of Posts (13)

Welcome to my (hopefully) weekly feature, Chasm of Posts! I've been wanting to kind of do a weekly check in with what was on the blog, what to expect, some great things I've received or read, and whatever is generally going on; and I've finally gotten around to it!

What I'm Reading

I'll go ahead and assume that I've finished Divided by the time this is up. If not, well, I'm almost done. I'm super stoked to be starting this though! I read In the After in basically one sitting so I'm pretty sure that'll be the case for this too.

The Books
Now here comes the fun part! Pictures!

Big thanks to Miss Lunetta! I was lucky enough to be one of the winner's for one of her recent giveaways. I haven't read Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea but if I like Between the Spark and the Burn, I'll probably pick the first one up. I'm super excited to have In the End though. The cover is BEAUTIFUL and it came with a bookmark!

Look at the beautiful Netgalley hall. I love Bloomsbury. I just. I can't even. Wow. Really? My mind is still blown. I almost didn't believe it when I saw it. I thought it might be a glitch. I refreshed it multiple times that night (fearfully - no joke). It remained every freakin' time. HEIR OF FIRE. I hurried to the download button just in case it was a glitch. Not that I'm not excited for the others either. Just Like the Movies and The Geography of You and Me look super cute. The Vault of Dreamers sounds interesting and well, it's from Macmillan so I'm fairly sure I'll like it.

Stuff from the Interweb
Book Boyfriend(s) of the Week

I'm back to Marco from The Dispossessed series. Blame Page Morgan. Blame her.

Genre I'm Crushing On

I'm not crushing on any one genre but I'm totally obsessed with basically everything in this month's TBR pile, which is actually oddly making reading kind of hard.

Book of the Week

Book Hangover? Book Panic?

Nope but I'm sensing some coming my way very soon.

  1. Heir of Fire, omg! I have read it and really enjoyed it, it takes a different direction from the previous books. I haven't read In The End yet but I look forward to your review Steph!

    Here's my STS.

    1. I'm so excited to read it! But I'm waiting until I reread Crown of Midnight first (which I'll hopefully get today). In the End. My gosh. It was on my mind all week.

  2. HEIR OF FIRE!! *flails* I also love Bloomsbury. They actually have auto-approved me (seriously, I have no idea why. I get 90% not-approved for ANY book I request and then out of the blue, Bloomsbury goes and auto-approves me. So I just got to download Heir of Fire just like that. o.O Ohhh my lucky stars. HAPPY DAY.) I really love the cover of In the End, too. x)
    My Sunday Post!
